Job Description
Field Engineer collaborating on cUAS technology integration and support. Ensuring optimal performance through testing, diagnostics, and compliance with protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Act as field representative at critical locations
- Support hardware/software installation and troubleshooting
- Conduct system testing, diagnostics, and repairs
- Collaborate with engineering teams for technical resolution
- Ensure safety and operational protocol compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 6 years of experience OR Graduate Degree with minimum 4 years OR 10 years of work experience in lieu of a degree
- Secret Clearance required
- 3+ years of experience with cUAS technologies
- Experience with diagnostic tools and military standards
- Ability to diagnose hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent with minimum 10 years of experience or 2-year Associate’s degree with 6 years of experience is preferred
- Appropriate industry certifications preferred
