Job Description
Sales Development Supervisor leading SDR team at Otis, optimizing lead qualification and improving conversion rates. Focused on operational excellence and fostering a performance-driven culture in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, performance, and development of the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team
- Optimize lead qualification processes, improve conversion rates, and ensure alignment between Marketing and Sales
- Drive operational excellence and ensure transparency and accountability throughout the lead lifecycle
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
Requirements:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs to achieve individual and team KPIs
- Conduct regular coaching sessions focused on call quality, objection handling, messaging refinement, and pipeline contribution
- Design and refine lead qualification criteria, outreach strategies, and handoff processes
- Track, analyze, and report on SDR performance, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and outreach activity
- Identify opportunities to streamline SDR workflows through automation, CRM optimization, and updated outreach tactics
