Job Description
Technical Account Manager leading enterprise Zero Trust deployments for Akamai. Advising customers on microsegmentation, security strategy, integrations, and platform performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a large deployment process
- Build, innovate, and improve performance and security strategies
- Serve as the focal point for technical vendor-related issues in front of the customer
- Provide product best practices and design guidance to improve technical and business outcomes
- Oversee scale and performance over time
- Work closely with Support and Engineering teams to resolve issues and drive customer satisfaction
- Assist with deployment, configuration, and customization of the platform
- Adapt the platform to changes in the customer's environment
- Support integration requirements between Akamai Zero Trust solutions and third-party solutions
- Brief customers on upcoming features and updates
- Provide training in cooperation with the Guardicore training team
Requirements:
- High School / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, another related field or its equivalent
- 7-10 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as TAM, solutions engineer, or solutions architect
- Experience with microsegmentation platforms, EDR, network security, or Zero Trust products
- Experience working with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience working with Kubernetes is advantageous
- Understanding of networking, security, and operating systems including Linux and Windows
