Job Description
Contract Recruiter overseeing recruitment for Engineering and Product teams at Attentive. Focusing on sourcing and converting candidates in a competitive market.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle across our engineering department
- Build creative strategies around sourcing to engage talent
- Provide insight and feedback to the hiring team
Requirements:
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally across multiple technologies
- Proven success in identifying, engaging and closing technical talent for high growth SaaS companies
- Resourceful with a strong sense of urgency
