Job Description
Engineering recruiter sourcing and screening talent for ALTEN Technology USA’s aerospace, medical device, robotics, and automotive clients. Managing candidate pipelines and relationships across recruiting networks.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively build solid and long-term candidate relationships and networks for current and future talent needs
- Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks, including LinkedIn, Dice, and Greenhouse
- Craft and send recruiting emails
- Execute sourcing searches using cold calling, networking, applicant associations, professional groups, websites, Boolean searches, and targeted companies or individuals
- Manage candidate experience through the sourcing process
- Screen candidates for availability, interest level, business unit needs, and qualifications
- Establish and maintain accurate, well-documented pipelines of searches, recruiting activity, contact data, and related information
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 1 full year of experience for Experienced Engineering Recruiter
- Minimum 3 years of experience for Senior Engineering Recruiter
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills to use in a multicultural context
- Autonomous and rigorous person with high technical knowledge
- Microsoft Office experience
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS/CRM, preferred
- Must be able to work on Eastern Time Zone
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening required as a condition of hire
