Job Description
Technical Recruiter sourcing and closing U.S. engineering hires for Hyphenate. Running outbound campaigns for an AI platform automating finance and accounting workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end sourcing and outbound recruitment for U.S.-based software engineering and technical roles
- Design and run cold email and cold-calling campaigns to build qualified candidate pipelines
- Use AI-enabled sourcing tools to identify, enrich, and prioritize candidate lists
- Manage candidate communication, including outreach, screening, scheduling, and pipeline updates
- Partner with the hiring team to refine sourcing criteria based on candidate quality and market feedback
- Support a U.S. hiring team during late India-time hours, Monday through Saturday
- Complete a short take-home sourcing exercise and, if successful, a one-week paid work trial using live requisitions
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a fast-growing, U.S.-based startup (seed through Series B)
- Startup experience must be from a product company such as SaaS, AI agents, or enterprise software; e-commerce and non-product companies do not qualify
- Track record of sourcing and closing multiple U.S.-based software engineering roles
- Strong experience with outbound recruitment, including cold email campaigns and cold calling
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable using AI tools in the day-to-day sourcing workflow
- Able to commit to a six-day work week with late India-time hours aligned to U.S. business hours
- Consistent, stable work history; frequent unexplained employment gaps will not meet the bar
- Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing platforms such as Juicebox or MetaView is preferred
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, hireEZ, SeekOut, GitHub/Octohunt, or Wellfound is preferred
