Job Description
IT Recruiter sourcing and qualifying freelancers for Right People Group’s European consulting projects. Managing high-volume IT requests, candidate submissions, and accounts remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of concurrent IT project requests each month and prioritize them effectively
- Quickly analyze requirements and identify suitable freelancers through databases, job boards, and our network
- Approach candidates, qualify them, and clarify availability and rates
- Prepare candidate profiles and submit them within clearly defined response times
- Follow established processes and keep statuses and data up to date in the systems at all times
- Support candidates from initial outreach through project start
- Manage your own accounts and ensure fast, accurate, and reliable delivery
Requirements:
- Work quickly and in a structured manner while maintaining an overview even when handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Enjoy speaking on the phone and approach people in an open, confident, and professional manner
- Have strong organizational skills and work independently and reliably in a remote setup
- Are ambitious and motivated to deliver measurable results
- Have excellent German skills; English is a plus
- Preferred: Experience recruiting for tech and IT positions
- Preferred: Experience with MSP or high-volume recruiting
