Job Description

Contract Recruiter sourcing specialized Technical Operations and Engineering talent for Syner-G, a biopharma product development partner. Building pipelines across GMP, manufacturing, validation, and life sciences roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit for Technical Operations and Engineering positions from intake and sourcing through screening and interview coordination
  • Recruit specialized technical roles supporting biotechnology and pharmaceutical operations
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for passive technical talent
  • Build pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs, including GMP, manufacturing, engineering, and capital-project roles
  • Screen candidates for technical experience, project background, industry knowledge, availability, compensation expectations, and alignment with business needs
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders on requirements, project needs, timelines, and candidate profiles
  • Provide market insights on candidate availability, compensation, competitive hiring activity, and sourcing challenges
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring-manager experience through communication and recruiting-process management
  • Balance multiple searches and changing priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
  • Work with physical client sites as applicable to the Technical Operations team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience
  • Significant experience recruiting technical or engineering professionals within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing industries
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting Validation/CQV Engineers, Facilities Engineers, Reliability Engineers, Capital Project Managers, Process Engineers, Utilities Engineers, or other Technical Operations professionals
  • Strong understanding of talent landscapes supporting GMP manufacturing environments, capital projects, facilities/utilities, commissioning, qualification, and validation
  • Proven ability to source specialized passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools and techniques
  • Experience managing multiple technical requisitions simultaneously
  • Ability to understand technical job requirements and translate them into sourcing strategies
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and candidate management skills
  • Ability to work independently and become productive with limited ramp-up time
  • Experience with Greenhouse or a similar ATS preferred
  • Must be able to perform the stated physical requirements, including computer use, sitting, walking, and occasionally lifting/carrying up to 25 pounds
  • Syner-G is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa
