Job Description
Senior Technical Recruiter owning full-cycle hiring for technical and creative roles across a family of companies and clients. Building sourcing strategies, assessing candidates, and advising hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and creative roles from intake through offer, including software engineers, front-end and back-end developers, designers, product roles, and executives
- Partner with hiring managers across companies to define role requirements, build job descriptions, and set hiring plans and timelines
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and community/network outreach
- Screen and assess candidates for technical fit, culture fit, and role alignment
- Coordinate technical interviews and assessments with hiring teams
- Guide candidates through a smooth, transparent, and positive interview experience from first contact to offer
- Manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, and hiring data within the ATS across multiple hiring companies
- Track and report recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and source effectiveness
- Use data to continuously improve the hiring process
- Act as a brand ambassador for each company and strengthen employer brand and reputation in the technical talent community
- Stay current on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and technical recruiting best practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical roles (software engineering, development, design, or product)
- Proven ability to source and close passive candidates in a competitive, remote-first hiring market
- Working knowledge of common tech stacks, roles, and terminology sufficient to have credible conversations with engineers and hiring managers
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and leadership as a strategic advisor
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to represent multiple company cultures and values to candidates
- Experience with an ATS and modern sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, BreezyHR, or similar)
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Ability to manage multiple open roles across more than one company at once
- Agency or digital services industry experience is a plus, but not required
