Job Description
Senior technical recruiter sourcing cleared technology talent for Broadway Ventures, a government contractor. Supporting active requisitions, proposal staffing, interviews, and candidate/client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with corporate leadership and the proposal team on qualifications needed for each position
- Post and maintain compelling job descriptions in Greenhouse (ATS)
- Use government contract proposal and award statement of work documents to develop and update job descriptions and specifications
- Use Boolean and advanced search techniques to source and identify top talent
- Screen and interview candidates
- Deliver world-class service to candidates and clients
- Obtain Letters of Intent (LOI) from qualified candidates for contract proposal efforts
- Coordinate with senior leadership and Business Development teams to review and determine top candidates
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients
Requirements:
- 5+ years recruiting technical skill sets such as software engineering, networking, and infrastructure
- Experience delivering world-class hiring manager and client satisfaction in a remote setting
- Experience hiring candidates with government security clearances (Secret, Top Secret, SCI, and Poly)
- Ability to run market compensation benchmarks for multiple positions and skill levels
- Ability to negotiate pay rates within approved ranges and close candidates effectively
- BS/MS degree in a relevant field (equivalent experience may substitute for the education requirement)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Some travel required
- Background checks and drug testing prior to the start of employment; some positions may also require fingerprinting
