Job Description

Senior Technical Recruiter driving recruitment for a high-growth performance marketing agency. Managing full recruitment lifecycle while providing strategic talent advising and mentorship.

Responsibilities:

  • Personally own and execute the end-to-end hiring process for a high-volume requisition load.
  • Partner closely with department heads and hiring managers as a true consultant.
  • Proactively build robust talent pipelines utilizing advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, niche platforms, social media, and networking to engage both passive and active candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth screenings to rigorously evaluate technical skills, project portfolio strength, and core cultural fit within our entrepreneurial, results-driven environment.
  • Elevate our TA function by modeling best practices, contributing to process improvements, and providing supportive guidance and mentorship to other team members.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of talent trends, competitive compensation, and the evolving landscape for digital marketing and technical roles.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on technical recruiting experience in high-velocity environments such as digital marketing agencies, technology consulting, management consulting, SaaS, or MarTech/AdTech.
  • A proven, personal track record of successfully filling a high volume of roles critical to our business, including: Technical: Full-Stack Engineers (JavaScript/TypeScript), Solutions Architects, Frontend Engineers (Webflow/WordPress), QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Technical Project Managers. Digital Marketing & Leadership: Paid Media Managers, SEO Managers, Account Directors.
  • A strong, working understanding of the skills and requirements for web/mobile development, cloud platforms, and performance marketing disciplines.
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to guide hiring teams and mentor others while actively carrying a full requisition load.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the credibility to partner with senior leaders.
  • High proficiency with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is a significant plus.
