Job Description

Silicon Ecosystem Partnerships Director leading strategic partnerships in semiconductor and AI infrastructure ecosystem. Building relationships with key partners to enhance supply chain and product execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and expand strategic partnerships across the semiconductor and AI infrastructure ecosystem.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with semiconductor ecosystem partners, including foundries and ASIC design partners.
  • Develop a clear ecosystem partnership strategy aligned with the company’s silicon roadmap.
  • Identify partnership opportunities that can improve product execution, technology differentiation, and market credibility.
  • Serve as an external-facing representative for the company with senior executives.
  • Coordinate with teams to align on technical requirements and commercial terms.
  • Support licensing and partnership discussions with IP and EDA vendors.
  • Develop strategic relationships across advanced packaging and backend manufacturing ecosystems.
  • Partner with business development, sales, marketing, and product teams to strengthen the company’s market positioning.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior executives at ecosystem partners.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in semiconductor, AI infrastructure, silicon partnerships, business development, strategic alliances, product management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem, including foundry, ASIC design, IP, EDA, advanced packaging, memory, substrate, OSAT, and system-level partners.
  • Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, legal, finance, sales, and marketing.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills, including experience with partnership structures, licensing models, supply agreements, and joint development discussions.
  • Technical fluency in areas such as AI accelerators, SoCs, chiplets, advanced nodes, packaging, HBM, PCIe, Ethernet, and data center infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to build trust with external partners and drive complex, multi-party initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive writing skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly technical environment.
