Job Description

Onboarding Specialist handling implementation for Rentvine, a property management software company. Leading project management and customer training with a focus on smooth onboarding experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the project manager for onboarding, guiding clients through each phase of implementation from kickoff to go-live
  • Conduct regular video calls with customers to provide training, updates, and guidance
  • Enter and reformat client data from reports using Excel to align with Rentvine’s import requirements
  • Track onboarding progress, manage timelines, and ensure all milestones and deadlines are met
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Support, Sales, Product, Applications & Screening, and Finance, to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact onboarding timelines, ensuring the project progresses smoothly and stays on schedule
  • Train clients on how to implement their current processes into our software and support successful product adoption.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success, or a related client-facing role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in leading video-based training and meetings
  • Advanced Excel/GoogleSheets skills, including data entry, formatting, formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP), and data cleanup
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines
  • A proactive and dependable work ethic with a keen attention to detail
  • Property management experience or familiarity with industry software is a strong plus.
