Job Description
Solutions Consultant supporting pre-sales process across three healthcare SaaS units. Bridging the gap between device manufacturers and digital workflow optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in Business/Workflow Process Assessments (BPAs) with prospective clients to map current-state OEM workflows, identifying friction points in field inventory, kitting, and surgical consumption-to-cash cycle.
- Support the development of tailored solution presentations and product demos for supply chain, operational, and IT stakeholders
- Help translate customer requirements into documented solution configurations with oversight from senior engineers
- Partner with Account Executives and the Director of Sales to provide technical support throughout the sales cycle
- Assist with technical handoffs from Sales to Implementation, ensuring accurate and complete documentation
- Support Implementation Managers during configuration, testing, and go-live activities as needed
- Develop working knowledge of the platform's integration capabilities, data flows, and system configurations
- In collaboration with our Product Team, architect complex integration diagrams between our platform and the customer’s ERP ecosystem (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), ensuring seamless data flow.
- Learn and assist with EMR/EHR integration options, API workflows, and custom configurations under supervision
- Contribute to internal documentation, knowledge bases, and pre-sales enablement materials
- Participate in cross-functional meetings with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to build institutional knowledge
- Relay customer feedback and market observations to senior team members and leadership
- Assist with the development of technical content and enablement resources as needed
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Implementation, or Customer Success role within a SaaS environment, OR equivalent experience in Medical Device Field Operations, Clinical Support, or MedTech Logistics.
- Basic technical aptitude; comfortable learning SaaS platforms, integrations, and data concepts
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative and curious team player with a customer-first mindset
- Domain expertise in medical device logistics, supply chain management, or OEM field inventory. (Preferred)
- Exposure to MedTech, healthcare SaaS or clinical IT solutions (Preferred)
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth) or healthcare data standards such as HL7/FHIR (Preferred)
- Experience supporting or shadowing sales demos, customer discovery calls, or implementation projects (Preferred)
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus (Preferred)
- Experience contributing to documentation, training materials, or pre-sales assets (Preferred)
