Job Description

Solutions Engineer at Adstra defining and leading technical vision for identity data solutions across clients. Collaborating with Sales and Product teams for effective data strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the lead individual technical voice for Adstra when engaging with Brand CMOs, Agency CTOs, and Platform Product leads.
  • Partner deeply with Sales Directors to identify "technical pain," qualify opportunities, and build the business case for Adstra’s adoption.
  • Lead customers from initial discovery through evaluation and adoption, ensuring Adstra’s identity suite becomes the backbone of their data strategy.
  • Implement technical strategies that bridge the gap between a Brand's 1st-party data, an Agency's execution needs, and a Platform's activation requirements.
  • Identify and cultivate a movement of "technical champions" within client organizations to ensure Adstra is indispensable to their tech stack.
  • Own the technical pre-sales and post-sales strategy for complex, high-ARR deals.
  • Architect solutions for terrestrial identity, cross-device mapping, and the evolving world of 1st-party publisher data (Offline-to-Online).
  • Design and implement workflows for identity activation across the digital landscape, including Social/Walled Gardens and Connected TV (CTV/MVPD).
  • Act as a "Market Sensor," translating field requirements into actionable feedback for Product/Eng.
  • Represent Adstra as a technical leader and executive sponsor in the marketplace, presenting intricate concepts to both technical and C-suite audiences.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Technical Consulting experience in the Adtech/Martech ecosystem.
  • An organized self-starter who thrives in an Individual Contributor capacity, with a "get-it-done" attitude toward solution design and problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline; Masters preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify the complex.
