Job Description
Strategic Account Manager managing client relationships and driving software sales remotely for construction and real estate ERP solutions. Identifying client challenges and delivering tailored software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales opportunities by identifying and educating finance leaders in our market on our software solutions.
- Develop deep knowledge of our ERP offerings and support services to confidently guide client conversations.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals while delivering a high-quality client experience.
- Proactively identify opportunities to introduce new software modules or support services that meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely data in Salesforce.
- Demonstrate software solutions in a clear and effective manner.
- Keep abreast of upcoming product releases for our software solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand and apply sales methodologies to create initial interest; identify, define and document critical business needs; create a vision of the potential solutions to critical business needs; and effectively justify return on investment.

- Proficient in database and accounting systems.
- Ability to thrive in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding client base.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales.
- Knowledge of the construction industry preferred.
- Experience with Sage 100/300 and Sage Intacct preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce and Outreach preferred.
- Experience with standard office software, including Office 365, OneNote, Teams.
- Ability to travel as needed.
