Job Description
Talent Acquisition Intern mapping hiring processes at Common Cause. Supporting recruitment and enhancing candidate experience within an inclusive organizational culture.
Responsibilities:
- Research and map our current hiring process to identify friction points and opportunities for enhancement
- Audit and rewrite interview and rejection templates to ensure clarity, inclusivity, and alignment with our values
- Develop employer-brand content that showcases our hiring philosophy and candidate experience
- Support interview scheduling, coordination, and data tracking to uncover process bottlenecks
- Contribute to internship program reviews and help implement recommended improvements
Requirements:
- Strong systems-thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a talent for crafting inclusive messaging
- Solid operational and project management skills, including attention to detail
- Passion for talent acquisition, organizational culture, and public trust
- Familiarity with recruiting technologies and data analysis a plus
