Job Description

Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist recruiting German-speaking candidates across European markets for ManpowerGroup RPO. Managing end-to-end hiring, sourcing, screening, pipelines, and ATS data for client recruitment projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from intake call to offer stage
  • Recruit across Germany, Austria, the Nordics, Benelux, and other EMEA markets
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support recruitment activities
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment channels
  • Conduct screening calls, interviews, and candidate assessments
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and talent mapping
  • Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while ensuring an excellent candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and activity within ATS systems

Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of recruitment experience in agency, RPO, or in-house recruitment
  • Experience managing or supporting end-to-end recruitment processes
  • German language skills at minimum B2 level
  • English language skills at minimum B2 level
  • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
  • Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and develop within Talent Acquisition
  • Experience recruiting within the pharmaceutical industry (nice to have)
  • Experience with Workday ATS (nice to have)
  • Experience supporting recruitment across multiple European markets (nice to have)
