Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist owning full-cycle recruitment for a US client. Sourcing and securing candidates while managing pipelines, hiring stakeholders, and recruitment analytics remotely from the Philippines.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned requisitions, from intake meeting to offer, reference checking and pre-boarding.
- Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, training institutes, social media, niche job boards, and referrals.
- Conduct screening calls and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, value, and cultural fit.
- Create and present job descriptions and promotional materials representing the role and employer brand.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews while providing a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for key roles based on attrition signals.
- Serve as the primary candidate contact and ensure timely communication.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team dynamics and role requirements.
- Coordinate interview scheduling changes and adjust interviewer sequences based on availability.
- Use an Applicant Tracking System such as Greenhouse to track recruitment metrics and pipeline health.
- Analyze time-to-fill, source of hire, cost-per-hire, and People team data to identify improvements and proactive sourcing needs.
- Report on hiring progress.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role, with a track record of managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Demonstrable experience sourcing candidates through various channels, with expertise in LinkedIn, Indeed, and other social media search techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with English Proficiency.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Experience with a modern Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR databases.
- Experience sourcing in the US market
- Experience recruiting for teaching roles/for education field.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting.
- A commitment to and understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices in recruitment.
