Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist owning full-cycle recruitment for a US client. Sourcing and securing candidates while managing pipelines, hiring stakeholders, and recruitment analytics remotely from the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned requisitions, from intake meeting to offer, reference checking and pre-boarding.
  • Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, training institutes, social media, niche job boards, and referrals.
  • Conduct screening calls and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, value, and cultural fit.
  • Create and present job descriptions and promotional materials representing the role and employer brand.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews while providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for key roles based on attrition signals.
  • Serve as the primary candidate contact and ensure timely communication.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team dynamics and role requirements.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling changes and adjust interviewer sequences based on availability.
  • Use an Applicant Tracking System such as Greenhouse to track recruitment metrics and pipeline health.
  • Analyze time-to-fill, source of hire, cost-per-hire, and People team data to identify improvements and proactive sourcing needs.
  • Report on hiring progress.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role, with a track record of managing full-cycle recruitment.
  • Demonstrable experience sourcing candidates through various channels, with expertise in LinkedIn, Indeed, and other social media search techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with English Proficiency.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Experience with a modern Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Experience sourcing in the US market
  • Experience recruiting for teaching roles/for education field.
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting.
  • A commitment to and understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices in recruitment.
