Job Description
Lead Technical Operations at Clipboard, enhancing tech systems for an enterprise healthcare marketplace. Drive the evolution of the Zendesk ecosystem and operational platforms for internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the entire Zendesk ecosystem
- Expand into broader business systems across the organization
- Build enterprise-grade operational technology platform for internal Ops
- Automate core agent workflows through AI tooling
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Operations
- Experience owning a technical ops function from scratch
- Proficiency with Zendesk and enterprise-grade operational tech platforms
- Ability to automate core agent workflows
- Strong analytical skills
- Must be able to explain in detail the systems built and maintained.
