Job Description

Technical Account Manager supporting multiple B2B partners in LATAM for Hopper Technology Solutions. Ensures effective technical support and process optimization for partner inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for multiple B2B partners.
  • Translate partner inquiries into structured, actionable requests with complete context.
  • Provide clear updates, timelines, and expectations to partners.
  • Assess and validate reported issues before escalating to engineering.
  • Investigate technical or data-centric questions using internal tools, dashboards, and SQL.
  • Improve intake workflows, templates, and triage mechanisms for consistency across partners.
  • Coordinate with a diverse set of stakeholders including product managers and engineers.
  • Advocate for partner needs while helping internal teams maintain focus and momentum.

Requirements:

  • Technical fluency (APIs, logs, data analysis, SQL) and an analytical mindset.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in mid-stage SaaS or B2B platform companies that sell to enterprise clients.
  • Must be legally allowed to work in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico or Uruguay (LATAM).
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese is a plus.
