Job Description
Technical Recruiter sourcing software engineering talent for Talentful, a consultancy helping high-growth technology companies build world-class teams. Partnering with clients and recruiters on candidate pipelines and hiring events.
Responsibilities:
- Find and attract software engineering talent for clients
- Use deep sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates, including LinkedIn and other sourcing strategies
- Work with one client at a time and become deeply embedded in the client's culture
- Partner with senior stakeholders to help them understand the value of effective talent practices
- Provide an excellent candidate experience
- Partner with senior recruiters to provide top-of-funnel support and hiring-event support
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of technical recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing skills
- Expertise with Boolean search
- Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
