Job Description

Senior Technical Recruiter hiring cybersecurity and threat intelligence talent for TRM Labs’ AI-powered intelligence platform. Building high-velocity recruiting processes and improving hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Build a high-velocity recruiting engine to identify and recruit top talent
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across varied roles and teams
  • Create positive candidate experiences throughout every touchpoint
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to recruit a diverse and exceptional team
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes and hiring efficiency
  • Schedule intake meetings, open positions in the ATS, post job descriptions, design interview processes, and configure interview plans within 72 hours
  • Conduct 5–10 recruiter screens and hold the first hiring-team calibration sync within the first week of opening a position
  • Analyze pass rates, conversion data, and hiring metrics two weeks after initial interviews
  • Share insights and recommendations with hiring teams to optimize searches
  • Monitor and adjust recruiting approaches until positions are filled
  • Collaborate asynchronously through Slack, documentation, and proactive updates across time zones
  • Participate in weekly hiring syncs, weekly sourcing syncs, and bi-weekly team meetings
  • Deliver accurate reporting and maintain high data quality
  • Contribute to TRM Labs’ mission of providing AI-powered intelligence solutions that help agencies investigate and disrupt crime

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups
  • 2+ years of tech recruiting experience within cybersecurity or threat intelligence companies
  • Proven experience hiring hard-to-fill roles
  • Expertise using sourcing tools, conducting market research, and developing personalized outreach strategies
  • Ability to analyze and interpret recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data
  • Ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new roles and requirements
  • Flexibility, curiosity, and high tolerance for change in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Exceptional communication skills for working with hiring managers, providing updates, and managing expectations
  • Ability to build trust and act as a strategic hiring partner
  • Strong persistence and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to follow up on passive leads and meet ambitious outreach targets
  • AI fluency, including applying AI to accelerate workflows, structure and solve problems, improve output quality, and increase speed and leverage
  • Ability to maintain at least 4 hours of overlap with PST business hours
  • Willingness and ability to start as a 1099 contractor for 40 hours per week for an initial 6-month contract
