Job Description

Lead technical recruiter building engineering and data science teams at SentiLink, an identity and risk solutions company. Owning complex searches, hiring strategy, and full-cycle recruiting.

Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, business, and GTM functions, from individual contributor through leadership-level roles
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders on role definition, leveling, talent-market strategy, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions
  • Lead sourcing strategies and build high-quality pipelines for specialized and competitive talent markets
  • Manage complex and high-priority searches, proactively identifying risks and driving stakeholder alignment
  • Use funnel metrics to prioritize recruiting work, improve conversion rates, and drive hiring outcomes
  • Deliver structured, consistent, and high-quality interview and candidate experiences
  • Maintain operational rigor across the ATS and recruiting workflows
  • Improve recruiting processes, tools, and practices to increase efficiency, consistency, and scale
  • Provide informal team leadership through mentorship, calibration, and knowledge sharing
  • Partner with leadership on complex and high-impact searches, including leadership roles

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant technical recruiting experience in a technology company or high-growth startup
  • Experience recruiting across Engineering, Data Science, and/or Product, as well as business or GTM functions
  • Demonstrated success recruiting technical individual contributors and people leaders, including Manager- and Director-level candidates
  • Ability to influence hiring managers and senior leaders through market insight, sound judgment, and clear communication
  • Strong sourcing, pipeline development, candidate assessment, and closing skills
  • Data-driven recruiting approach, including use of funnel metrics to improve hiring outcomes
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or informally leading recruiters or sourcers
  • Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and operational discipline
  • Experience with Ashby is preferred
  • Commitment to inclusive hiring practices, confidentiality, and values-aligned teams
  • Willingness to travel approximately six times per year for company meetups, off-sites, and relevant events
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and reside within the country
  • Candidates based in Austin and willing to work regularly from the office are preferred
