Job Description

Technical Recruiter role for enthusiastic freshers in a Talent Acquisition team. Support IT staffing needs through sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews in a training environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand job requirements for IT and technical roles through training and guidance
  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS or tracking sheets
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and feedback
  • Support offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding activities
  • Learn and follow recruitment best practices and compliance standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering, HR, Management preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Basic understanding of IT roles or willingness to learn technical concepts
  • Good interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
