Job Description
Technical Recruiter role for enthusiastic freshers in a Talent Acquisition team. Support IT staffing needs through sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews in a training environment.
Responsibilities:
- Understand job requirements for IT and technical roles through training and guidance
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS or tracking sheets
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and feedback
- Support offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding activities
- Learn and follow recruitment best practices and compliance standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering, HR, Management preferred)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic understanding of IT roles or willingness to learn technical concepts
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
