Job Description
Territory Manager selling Verathon’s GlideScope and BFlex airway-management devices around Charlotte. Driving healthcare-system sales through prospecting, product evaluations, presentations, negotiations, and territory planning.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage the assigned territory to promote Verathon’s GlideScope product line
- Execute sales strategies and techniques to realize opportunities identified through Total Available Market segmentation and analysis
- Generate new business and maintain existing business
- Understand customer needs, build rapport, and influence customers through presentations and creative solutions
- Manage relationships with Clinical Nursing, C-suite Executives, Administration, and BioMed stakeholders
- Generate sales activity through in-person prospecting, product evaluations, proposal generation, customer presentations, and negotiations
- Forecast business potential so the sales pipeline supports monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
- Learn industry and market information and adapt to shifts in demand and strategy
- Engage in strategic business planning and execution
- Provide accurate and thorough sales reporting to leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years B2B outside sales experience
- Able to meet vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems, including COVID-19 vaccine
- Must be insurable and have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds
- Must reside within the territory; Charlotte preferred
- Required overnight travel is 3-5 nights per month, on average, to cover the greater Charlotte area
- Required to travel outside the assigned territory for annual sales meetings, regional meetings, and in-person training as needed
- Driven, competitive, organized, and disciplined
- Understanding of funnel and pipeline management
- Strategic and structured selling skills
- Clinical acumen and passion for medical technology

- Additional commission potential estimated at $120,000-$155,000, depending on quota attainment
