Job Description

Territory Manager selling Nobel Biocare dental products, solutions, and services across South Australia. Growing sales, managing agreements, and developing clinic, laboratory, and thought-leader relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed sales and service goals mainly in dental clinics and/or dental laboratories within the South Australian territory
  • Sell and promote Nobel Biocare products, solutions, and services
  • Provide expertise and service to existing and potential new customers
  • Analyze customer and territory sales trends and report periodically
  • Plan sales activity to achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and/or annual sales goals
  • Support and negotiate new agreements
  • Manage existing agreements, including contract renewals
  • Coordinate contract implementation with sales, marketing, customer service, and warehousing
  • Maintain regular contact with prospective customers and convert them from competitors
  • Develop relationships with key influential thought leaders to expand market share
  • Report product issues, customer losses, and competitive sales strategies to management
  • Stay informed about products, technologies, clinical studies, competitive activity, and other relevant information
  • Implement company policies and procedures at the territory level

Requirements:

  • Experience analyzing and assessing customer and territory sales trends
  • Experience planning sales activity based on territory needs
  • Ability to support and negotiate new agreements
  • Experience managing existing agreements and contract renewals
  • Ability to coordinate contract implementation with sales, marketing, customer service, and warehousing teams
  • Ability to communicate packages sold into large or major accounts
  • Experience identifying and maintaining regular contact with prospective customers
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to convert customers from competitors
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key influential thought leaders
  • Ability to report product issues, customer losses, and competitive sales strategies to management
  • Knowledge of products, technologies, clinical studies, competitive activity, company policies, and procedures
  • Ability to apply product and market knowledge to commercial strategies at the territory level
