Job Description
Territory Manager promoting Milestone Pharmaceuticals’ cardiovascular therapy to physicians across the Dallas territory. Achieving pharmaceutical sales goals through field visits, education, and account management.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve territory product sales goals while adhering to ethical sales practices, compliance guidelines, and promotional regulations
- Promote and educate targeted physicians and healthcare professionals on product use through one-on-one meetings, group presentations, speaker programs, and approved promotional activities
- Work five days in the field each week, with office time as needed for call planning, customer follow-up, presentations, appointments, and reports
- Maintain high call and field productivity
- Meet call plan expectations and territory sales goals
- Execute approved product marketing plans and territory/regional business plan activities
- Support targeted customers using approved resources, sales materials, and promotional programs
- Execute territory sales strategy using territory and regional business plans and call activity reports
- Submit accurate sales call activities, territory expenses, and written reports on time
- Attend company-sponsored sales and medical meetings
- Balance territory and regional projects while maintaining sales performance
- Demonstrate sales influence within the territory
- Travel throughout the territory, including overnight travel, to visit targeted healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited College or University is required
- 2+ years of current related pharmaceutical/med device/diagnostics sales experience
- Cardiovascular experience preferred
- Ability to learn, comprehend and apply medical, scientific, and commercial information
- Strong sales aptitude and selling-related experience through education and/or work experience
- Documented record of sales success from previously held positions
- Solid communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Proactive, can-do approach
- Problem-solving ability
- Solid motivational and persuasion skills
- Team orientation
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Ability to travel, including overnight travel, as required
