Job Description
Territory Manager overseeing customer and distributor relationships in assigned region for HYDAC. Aiming to increase sales and profit margins while implementing corporate sales strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing distributor and customer relationships in assigned region.
- Increasing sales and profit margins with assigned territory (focusing on Growing End-User Business).
- Implementing the HYDAC Corporate Sales Strategy and keeping CRM update for assigned accounts.
- Effectively communicate market trends and product competitiveness to management and new business.
- Reviewing lost opportunities to provide feedback to manage for pricing, product, service/support, and sales strategy.
- Submitting monthly report to consist of target account updates, quotation feedback, and distributor updates and training.
- Providing HYDAC Corporate with other status changes, as well as forecast feedback at major OEM accounts.
- Ensuring CRM data is accurate and current for team.
- Setting sales goals, including new business targets and objectives for the assigned territory and report on progress.
- Developing and implementing respective sales plans.
- Coordinating internal resources (ie - Product Managers) as required to support territory.
- If account is being supported by a distributor, responsible for working with distributor to coordinate support for HYDAC products and solutions.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree (A.A.) required.
- Hydraulics knowledge.
- 5+ years outside proven successful sales experience of an engineered product.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (preferred).
