Job Description

Territory Sales Manager growing dealer and distribution sales for Cornerstone Building Brands, a windows and building-products market leader. Managing accounts, forecasts, pricing, promotions, and territory development.

Responsibilities:

  • Expand and cultivate existing accounts while establishing new ones to drive sales growth
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and conduct competitive analysis
  • Analyze market segments to identify growth and development opportunities
  • Plan daily sales activities using CRM and a structured call frequency system
  • Conduct sales promotions, educational meetings, and lead generation activities
  • Customize sales presentations to increase customers’ annual sales
  • Recommend pricing changes within established guidelines based on market dynamics and competitive analysis
  • Address customer complaints, investigate issues, and recommend solutions
  • Maintain sales records, including customer profiles and territory/account sales records

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of proven direct sales experience, preferably in the building products industry
  • Thorough understanding of the building products industry and sales management experience in dealer, distribution, and/or two-step channel segments
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
  • General knowledge of major competitive brands within the industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Solid time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a high level of integrity and personal motivation
  • Ability to adapt to new processes, technologies, and ways of thinking
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues and work toward common goals
  • 75% travel within territory, with occasional travel outside of territory for training
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
