Job Description

User Acquisition Manager driving customer acquisition for subscription-based web products with a focus on Google Ads. Requires 4+ years of experience in user acquisition and campaign performance analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer acquisition for our subscription-based web products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Conduct deep analysis of campaign performance metrics and leverage tools to extract insights.
  • Design and implement optimal campaign/account structures.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish acquisition goals, KPIs, and budgets.
  • Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in user acquisition for subscription-based products (web-web or web-app).
  • Proven track record of scaling performance marketing campaigns, with Google Search Ads expertise required.
  • Hands-on experience managing 7-figure monthly advertising budgets and scaling them profitably.
  • Experience testing and scaling new channels (Bing, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube) strongly preferred.
  • Advanced skills in campaign analysis, attribution, and optimization.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and extract actionable insights.
  • Data-driven mindset with structured experimentation skills.
  • ROI-focused, with a proven ability to maximize efficiency at scale.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently — you don’t wait for direction, you make things happen.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns in parallel.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
