Job Description
Expert in vehicle inspection and damage assessment in the automotive industry with a focus on innovative solutions and customer interaction.
Responsibilities:
- You inspect vehicles and all types of damage directly on site.
- You create structured damage records using our iPad app.
- You review damage photos for plausibility and consistency.
- You actively advise our customers and manage the claims process.
- You secure evidence and determine accident circumstances and damage amounts.
- You regularly coordinate with your expert team and pursue ongoing professional development.
Requirements:
- Master technician qualification in the automotive trade (Meister), Dipl.-Ing., B.Sc., B.Eng., or training/certification as an expert/appraiser.
- Enjoy interacting with people and present yourself with confidence.
- Customer-focused, strong communication skills, and good written and spoken German.
- Enjoy fieldwork and willingness to travel occasionally.
