Job Description

Vice President of Subservicing Business Development focused on driving residential and commercial mortgage sales at Onity Group Inc. Responsible for managing entire sales cycle from lead to close.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new residential & commercial subservicing sales opportunities
  • Identify and qualify subservicing prospects
  • Develop customized proposals and pitch the company's value proposition
  • Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities
  • Leverage company resources to close deals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in subservicing / servicing highly preferred
  • Established network of mortgage banking and financial services contacts
  • Working experience and connections with Private equity firms strongly preferred
  • Solid servicing and Business Development background
  • Knowledge of residential & commercial servicing operations
  • Experience reviewing and negotiating legal contracts
  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce is helpful
