Job Description
Vice President of Sales scaling sales performance through managers at WFS Group. Own onboarding, integration, training, and pipeline management to drive results without micromanagement.
Responsibilities:
- Own the performance of all Sales Directors and their teams
- Audit and enforce sales management activity KPIs
- Ensure Sales Directors make effective hiring, firing, and development decisions
- Lead onboarding and integration of new accounts
- Design pitch frameworks and talk tracks for new offers
- Audit pipeline management reports and CRM activity logs
- Ensure dashboards, reports, and activity indicators remain healthy
- Identify and correct revenue leakage
- Own forecasting accuracy and ensure sales directors can speak to revenue projections
- Audit Sales Director management trackers daily
- Review call analyses completed by Sales Directors and provide feedback
- Own all company-wide sales training and curriculum
- Create and deliver recurring company-wide trainings
- Ensure all brands are staffed to capacity
- Partner with Marketing on lead flow, funnel health, and performance feedback
Requirements:
- Led multi-team, multi-brand sales organizations through managers
- Exceptional at managing managers and holding leaders accountable
- Fluent in CRMs, pipeline dashboards, scoreboards, and activity reports
- Quickly identify revenue leakage, diagnose the root cause, and implement corrective action
- Confident making hiring, firing, and development decisions using performance data
- Enjoy building sales training, enablement, talk tracks, and pitch frameworks at scale
- Own onboarding and integration of new accounts without chaos
- Calm under pressure and decisive
- Think in systems, leverage, and repeatability
- Want real ownership of outcomes
