Job Description

Virtual Assistant supporting ProsperiFi LLC's wealth management operations by managing email, calendar, and client communications. Assisting with content coordination and organizational tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing email inbox and keeping priorities organized
  • Handling calendar management and scheduling
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Managing client requests, leads, contacts, and networking follow up
  • Running scheduled reports in compliance systems
  • Managing LinkedIn connections and routine follow up
  • Supporting content coordination and cross posting
  • Scheduling social media posts and monitoring comments and messages
  • Generating and sending client progress reports
  • Supporting client event coordination
  • Updating the company website
  • Researching and summarizing reports

  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment

  • A good sense of humor and family oriented
  • You must be tech savvy and quick to pick up new tools and software
  • Experience with Google Workspace, WealthBox, WordPress, DocuSign, AI tools such as ChatGPT and Perplexity, Adobe is a plus!
