Virtual Assistant providing remote administrative and operational support to clients. Responsibilities include email management, scheduling, research, and client communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote administrative, operational, and creative support to clients
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Manage and organize email inboxes
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems
  • Conduct online research
  • Handle data entry
  • Prepare reports or presentations
  • Support social media management or customer communications
  • Assist with invoicing, basic bookkeeping, travel arrangements, and CRM updates, and content creation
