Job Description

Lead full-funnel marketing strategies for Help Scout, a customer support platform. Oversee a team to shape growth, differentiate our brand, and drive successful marketing outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • accountable to marketing’s revenue number and KPIs
  • support the full customer journey, from first touch through expansion
  • use data to guide decisions and adjust strategy
  • establish clear planning, prioritization, and execution rhythms for teams
  • collaborate with Product, Sales, and RevOps to shape and execute go-to-market strategy
  • own marketing systems and emerging AI tools for efficiency and scale

Requirements:

  • marketing leader with deep experience in B2B SaaS focused on SMB
  • accountable to outcomes, not just activity
  • likely served as a marketing leader or Head of Growth at a B2B SaaS company in the $30M to $150M ARR range
  • experienced with pricing changes, growth plateaus
  • ability to communicate clearly and empathetically in a remote setting
  • comfortable with performance goals and long-term vision
