Job Description
VP of Sales at Incredible Health responsible for sales strategy and team management in healthcare tech. Leading revenue growth and cross-functional collaboration for multiple products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategy
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team
- Drive revenue growth across multiple products in the healthcare industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners
- Achieve key financial targets
- Hire, mentor, and manage sales team
- Implement sales processes and tools
- Develop and manage the sales budget
- Create visibility across the entire sales cycle
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of Enterprise B2B Healthcare sales experience
- 10+ years in a sales leadership and people management role in the healthcare tech industry
- Deep knowledge of health system ecosystems and their processes
- Hiring, training and developing high performing Account Executives and Sales Leaders
- Hands-on, AI-forward operator
- Closing high-value, complex enterprise deals
- Driving data-driven decision making by utilizing analytics & KPIs to measure performance
