Job Description
Business Manager leading Johnson & Johnson’s Vietnam hematology portfolio, field team, and commercial strategy. Driving sales, market access, stakeholder partnerships, and compliant treatment adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sustainable growth, market leadership, and patient access for the Hematology portfolio across Vietnam
- Lead a high-performing field team
- Deliver distributor sales, market share, patient share, and access objectives
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies
- Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and implement corrective actions
- Lead, coach, and develop 6 Product Specialist Representatives, potentially increasing to 8 with business expansion
- Drive a high-performance culture through coaching, capability building, and performance management
- Build strategic partnerships with key hospitals, KOLs, and key decision-makers
- Drive account planning and initiatives to improve patient access and treatment adoption
- Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial Excellence teams
- Provide market insights to support strategy development and portfolio growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare compliance standards, and local regulations
- Uphold high standards of ethics and business integrity
- Travel frequently across Vietnam, mainly HCMC, Hanoi, and Danang
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or medicine
- 5+ years of MNC same position experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Proven track record in sales leadership, account management, and team development
- Experience in Hematology or Oncology is preferred
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Ability to ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare compliance standards, and local regulations
