Job Description

Workforce Partnership Director expanding Northbridge University's employer partnerships and brand awareness. Developing workforce solutions, generating student leads, and supervising admissions outreach across Florida.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic partnerships with local, regional, and national employers, associations, and organizations
  • Identify future growth opportunities and key organizations aligned with the Northbridge University model
  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic relationships and execute account strategies
  • Build relationships with executive-level decision-makers to identify workforce needs
  • Develop customized education, training, and partnership solutions
  • Serve as the primary liaison between external partners and internal departments and campuses
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Increase university visibility, brand awareness, and quality student lead generation within the assigned market
  • Represent Northbridge University at employer and community events, conferences, education fairs, and webinars
  • Build relationships with community and workforce organizations
  • Recommend sponsorships and partnerships aligned with institutional objectives
  • Supervise the Outreach Admissions Representative to achieve leads-to-enrollment and enrollment-to-start conversion goals
  • Report to the VP of Strategic Business Development and Career Services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in higher education, workforce solutions, corporate education, or a related service environment
  • Demonstrated experience in partnership management, strategic selling, program coordination, and project management
  • Bilingual Spanish required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Proficiency in CRM systems
  • Up to 60% regional travel
  • Must reside in Florida
  • Dedicated home workspace and reliable internet required
