Job Description
Account Executive Intern managing sales cycles, financial reporting, and client strategies for Abhyaz, an ed-tech and engineering skills platform. Delivering weekly remote projects with mentor guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed business plans to accomplish the organizational predetermined goals
- Update sales records in the Accounting platform
- Manage the entire sales cycle
- Present products to prospective clients
- Understand client goals and align campaigns accordingly
- Work closely with clients to build strategies according to their demands
- Achieve organizational and client goals
- Maintain and present outstanding receivables and payables reports
- Verify expense reports
- Analyze purchase and billing data periodically
- Collaborate with managers to identify financial reporting needs
- Gain exposure to accounting processes and client serving
- Negotiate agreements and maintain sales and data records
- Participate in weekly review meetings with various teams
- Work with the reporting manager, business heads, and internal teams
- Deliver byte-sized projects weekly through the Abhyaz platform
Requirements:
- Masters degree specializing in Finance and Accounting from a reputed Institute
- Familiarity with Accounting softwares like Zoho or Tally
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Enthusiasm to learn and embrace new challenges
- Organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Ability to build good relationship
- Must have a Computer, Smartphone with noise cancellation headphones for meetings
- Expected availability of 10 to 15 hours a week
- Internship duration of 4-8 weeks
