Job Description
Junior Account Executive selling digital patient-management and telephone-service solutions to German psychotherapy practices. Managing demos, contracts, trials, and onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial remote conversations with prospects from psychotherapy practices and understand their specific needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and present the patient management and telephone service solutions
- Prepare proposals, answer questions, and guide prospects through to a decision
- Support new customers in setting up their free trial
- Onboard new customers during their first three months and support successful use in their day-to-day practice operations
- Support customers from the initial conversation through contract signing and onboarding
Requirements:
- Willingness to learn and enthusiasm for sales and customer interaction
- Excellent spoken and written German, ideally at native-speaker level
- Convincing and concise presentation skills in video calls
- Interest in analyzing and optimizing workflows
- Clear communication and active listening skills
- Strong frustration tolerance and resilience
- Basic interest in IT and software
- Affinity for the field of psychotherapy
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Initial experience in sales or a comparable role is an advantage
