Job Description
Associate Account Executive supporting HealthBeacon’s digital health adherence solutions in the US market. Assisting pharmaceutical and specialty pharmacy accounts, sales pipelines, client reporting, and program coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Support new pharmaceutical clients as a key liaison
- Assist with communications, scheduling, follow-ups, and management of existing client accounts
- Engage clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and present product enhancement or new solution opportunities
- Participate in client meetings alongside senior team members
- Prepare client materials, presentations, and updates
- Represent HealthBeacon at client meetings, industry conferences, and events
- Work with the Data team on customized data reports and present reports to clients
- Support pipeline development through research, lead tracking, and outbound coordination
- Assist in preparing proposals and pitch materials
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Provide administrative and coordination support during deal processes
- Support new non-HealthBeacon partnerships with the Global General Manager of HB Health
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Care teams
- Gather information for client requirements and QBRs
- Help ensure smooth internal communication and task follow-up
- Prepare client summaries and internal reports
- Maintain documentation of account activity and performance
- Assist with basic analysis for internal and client reporting
- Build knowledge of digital health, specialty pharmacy, and market trends
- Stay updated on developments and regulatory landscapes in Digital Health and Specialty Pharmacy
- Develop sales, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Seek feedback and coaching from senior team members
Requirements:
- 0–2 years’ experience in sales, account management, business development, or a related field
- Internship or entry-level experience in healthcare, pharma, or digital health preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and proactive mindset
- Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; the employer cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa
