Job Description

Account Manager responsible for growing H.B. Fuller’s market share and achieving sales targets in adhesive coated solutions. Requires technical competence and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow and retain H.B. Fuller’s market share and customer base
  • Achieve profit sales targets
  • Demonstrate an ability to communicate and influence at all levels
  • Manage demonstrations and technical problem-solving
  • Focus on growth and optimizing price and profitability
  • Deliver results and train & mentor entry/new sales roles
  • Drive customer intimacy by delivering HBF’s value proposition tailored to meet customer needs
  • Promote, quantify and expertly sell value
  • Identify, develop and close new business opportunities
  • Implement business pricing strategy
  • Apply effective prospecting techniques

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant sales experience; related industry and B2B experience
  • Demonstrates behaviors from Sales Excellence training
  • Bachelors or University Degree with a technical/mechanical, marketing, or chemistry background preferred
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel.
