Job Description
Account Manager facilitating customer success and collaboration with ZAUBAR's AI-driven AR platform for immersive experiences in tourism, education, and entertainment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer relationships – Serve as the primary contact for our clients: from onboarding and ongoing support to strategic development.
- Manage projects – Ensure customers use our platform successfully by providing training, demos, and close collaboration.
- Upselling & cross-selling – Identify additional opportunities, advise customers, and place suitable add-ons.
- Measure success – Analyze usage and outcomes, collect feedback, and propose optimizations.
- Event presence – Represent customers at conferences, workshops, and industry events and expand networks.
- Bridge to the team – Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to convey customer needs and requirements internally.
- Strategic consulting – Inspire customers on how to use AR and AI to tell new stories and open up markets.
Requirements:
- Customer focus – You are empathetic, service-oriented, and able to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Strong communication – Fluent in German and English, confident in presentations, skilled in negotiations, and persuasive in workshops.
- Experience – Professional experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales—ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Storytelling talent – You can explain complex technologies clearly and compellingly.
- Tech affinity – Enthusiasm for AR/VR, AI, and digital innovation; confident with Microsoft Office and common CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce).
- Structure & drive – You are self-organized, keep an overview, and think in a solution-oriented way.
