Job Description
Account Manager handling CVS and Walgreens business for health supplements. Leading strategy and execution in the Drug retail sector for Grüns.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the CVS and Walgreens businesses end-to-end
- Build and maintain strong buyer relationships across Drug retailers
- Establish a consistent monthly business review cadence
- Lead Drug promo planning and analysis
- Own feature execution for Drug retailers
- Build and maintain a steady pipeline of incremental Drug opportunities
- Create and maintain Drug’s single source of truth
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Replenishment
Requirements:
- 5+ years of CPG sales experience
- Proven track record of owning buyer relationships and delivering measurable results
- Deeply understands CVS and/or Walgreens economics
- Has led Drug merchandising initiatives
- Highly analytical and comfortable synthesizing large datasets
- Fluent in syndicated data (SPINS, Nielsen, IRI)
- Skilled in Excel/Sheets and presentation tools
- Communicates with confidence, clarity, and conviction
- Thrives in high-ownership environments
