Job Description

Account Manager driving revenue and client relationships in the iGaming sector for Playson. Engaging stakeholders and managing high-value accounts effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, fostering strong and lasting relationships
  • Assume full commercial responsibility for customer accounts, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business objectives and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, optimising their operations with our gaming solutions and promotional offerings
  • Coordinate the timely delivery of gaming solutions based on customer needs and objectives
  • Track and report monthly revenue performance, providing clear insights into customer activities and achievements
  • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships across all levels
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and seminars
  • Uphold and promote the company's core values at all times

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven account management experience within the iGaming sector
  • Proficiency in English and Ukrainian or Russian language
  • Strong understanding of the gambling industry
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-value accounts and clients effectively
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Track record of delivering client-focused solutions tailored to meet specific needs
  • Proficiency in CRM and promotion management preferred
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on achieving results
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret data effectively
  • Adaptability to fast-paced market changes and a structured approach to problem-solving
