Job Description

Programmatic Account Manager optimizing traffic acquisition and ad performance for MGID's programmatic advertising solutions. Collaborating with clients and internal teams to drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize traffic acquisition strategies across programmatic platforms (such as Google, Xandr, Bidwitch, etc.), ensuring effective management and allocation.
  • Design and implement tests for different ad strategies to identify the most effective methods for maximizing ad performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships through proactive engagement, strategic recommendations, and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical and sales, to ensure aligned execution of programmatic strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in programmatic advertising and digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising or a related digital marketing field.
  • Experience in managing and optimising ad inventory across various platforms and clients.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong client management skills, with experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital advertising landscape, including current trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development in the field of programmatic advertising.
  • Knowledge of HTML, SQL is a plus.
  • Experience with SSP platforms such as Google, BidSwitch, Magnite, Xandr, etc. is a plus.
  • Experience with Header Bidding technology is a plus.
  • Languages Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate English, Fluent Ukrainian
