Job Description

TDA Account Manager overseeing day-to-day operations of vaccine purchasing and member enrollment for Trusted Doctors Alliance. Ensuring accurate data and smooth processes in a part-time capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate member lists, update practice details, and verify eligibility for membership enrollment and vaccine purchasing programs.
  • Assist new practices through enrollment, set up accounts, and provide guidance on VPG processes and vendor onboarding.
  • Regularly review and confirm accuracy of practice information, including contact details and purchase history.
  • Draft and send updates on vaccine price changes, manufacturer promotions, program announcements, and vendor partnerships.
  • Coordinate with vaccine manufacturers and distributors to confirm pricing, promotions, and supply updates.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly reports on member participation, purchase trends, and cost savings.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual agreements and manufacturer requirements.
  • Respond to member inquiries about pricing, ordering, and program benefits.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding, communication, and report workflows.

Requirements:

  • Experience in vaccine purchasing programs, group purchasing organizations, or healthcare supply chain management.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a part-time capacity.
  • Comfortable working independently and reporting progress to leadership.
  • Knowledge of vaccine manufacturers, pricing structures, and healthcare practice operations is a plus.
