Job Description
Account Manager responsible for driving sales growth across Samsung & Dacor Home Appliances. Focused on building dealer relationships and achieving sales targets in the Bay Area, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales across assigned independent dealers and regional retail partners throughout the Bay Area.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives for both Samsung and Dacor product lines, emphasizing profitability and market share expansion.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers at dealer and distributor levels, including owners, buyers, and sales associates.
- Ensure full implementation of promotional programs, new model launches, and display initiatives across all retail partners.
- Drive sell-through and showroom presence for Dacor appliances; coordinate with design studios, builders, and premium appliance dealers.
- Conduct regular in-store product trainings, both group and one-on-one, to strengthen sales associates’ product knowledge and advocacy for the brands.
- Monitor competitive activity, dealer inventory, pricing trends, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and leadership reporting.
- Partner with internal marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure flawless program execution and alignment with corporate goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of field sales or account management experience, preferably in consumer electronics, appliances, or luxury goods.
- Experience working with independent retailers and distributors strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally.
